At the end of a five day walking pilgrimage, I was struck by the microcosmic beauty of the glistening rock pools that caught my attention during a rainy day on the Isle of Mull. The rugged edges, multicoloured finesse and sparkling well of truly encapsulated the mountainous Scottish scenery I’d seen. The second painting in the Rockpools series.
